Teacher Appreciation 2011

It's that time of year again! Teacher Appreciation week. This year a friend and I are decorating the door for Zach's teacher, Mrs. Rasband. Here is the preview of the week.

Birthday's, Baptisms, and luncheons. Oh My!!

The last couple of weeks has been crazy at our house. Emily turned 8 years old.




we have also been planning her baptism day. When most of the families are coming from long distance, you feed them. And feed them we did. It was a very special day for us and we thank everyone for coming and sharing it with us. now we can slow down and wait for the snow to stop falling and wishing that spring (or warmer weather) were on its way.

Pierced ears!

Today Emily had and adventure. We started the day out with a trip to the eye doctor to get her eye's dilated (they are getting better),then we went to lunch with Aunt Krystal. We went to one of the best pancake places I have been to in awhile (the Original Pancake House). After lunch we went to the mall and got Emily's ears pierced. I was 8 when I got mine done, so for her Birthday, which is Monday, we got hers pierced. She got to pick her own earrings out, she got the cute little pink flower earrings. Emily did really well, she wanted to cry but didn't. What a trooper. Happy Birthday Baby! when did you get so OLD? or mabey the question should be, When did I get so OLD!!

Valentines 2011!

There was a lot going on this year for Valentines day, on Saturday we had a Grandchild party at My Sister-in-laws house. We had lunch and played some games and decorated sugar cookies. Today, Monday February 14th 2011, the kids had parties and traded Valentines with all the kids in their classes. Paige even got into the Valentines Day festivities! here are some pictures from over the past couple of days.

And time goes by....

It has been nuts around here! Next week in Valentines Day, I will have a new post then. The only other new news is that Paul got a new job that starts next week. we are really excited about this new adventure in our lives and hope the next faze in our lives if just a exciting.

Christmas 2010

Christmas this year was wonderful, we got to spend a lot of time with my family this year. We had lots of wonderful food and the kids really enjoyed spending time with the cousins.
