2012 year in review!

Yesterday was Christmas, We had a wonderful first Christmas in our Home. My Brother, Taylor and His Wife Elise came from Logan, on their way to her family in Filmore, to stay the weekend and Christmas morning with us. We also had everyone over to our house for Christmas Eve Dinner and Present opening. This was a wonderful Holiday, not a lot of stress, (some but not much). The kids had a good day too. they got bikes and finally we got a Wii, now that the new Wii U is out, but hey they kids are happy. Now my task is to not let them play it all to often. Now onto a new year. 2013 WOW! here are some of the highlights from 2012, Enjoy!

Family pictures and UEA Weekend!

For the first time ever we had our family pictures taken in an outdoor setting. we moved into our house and got a flyer on the door a little while later with a great deal from a local photographer, so I thought what the heck! I gave the number a call and as it turns out Denise is in our new ward. so we set the date and place, Wheeler farm, and away we went. so without further a due...Our family Pictures!

This last weekend was UEA weekend. So we decided to go down the Capitol Reef National Park. It was BEAUTIFUL down there. The weather was nice and the company was too.

We also went to Goblin Valley and let the kids climb around a little.

Unfinished Buisness!

Today I got the bug to finish some of my Unfinished Projects, and start one or two! he hehehehe. I finished 2 cute craft projects my sister and I started last week, also finished the Halloween road sign for outside, now I just need to put it outside. I am slowly getting the personality of my new home, so I have not wanted to decorate yet. I now Know that I am really lacking in decorations for this bigger home we now live in. One Holiday at a time and I can get more.

I also got the October Birthday board at the kids school done.

Whew!! we got through that!

Well, here we are. We got through the first weeks of school, moved to our new house, started going to a new ward, and still have a lot to do! things are going good now that we are in the grove of things the kids have settled in and so have Paul and I. I Think. We really love being in our own home. Here are some before and after pictures, we are not done with all the projects I want to do, but its livable. enjoy, I know we do! The Kitchen. Summer is ending!

So this summer is coming to an end. We finally got closed on the house yesterday and the work can begin. Two weeks to move in! I hope we can get done. Feeling very frustrated and discouraged at this moment, but this too shall pass. here are some pictures from the rest of the summer.

on to the next big event....The 1st day of School yay! I am doing the birthday board once again this year and here is the 1st one of the year.
